Thoas (PDO-Limnos Island)
A blended wine made using "Fociano", a type of ancient rare red grape made from Limnos, an island of Greek mythology Hephaestus. A medium-dry red wine made from a blend of Limnio, Fociano and Cabernet Sauvignon. The understated sweetness and refined taste balance the soft tannins of the wine with a gentle personality. In addition, the taste of red fruit flowers is hidden in the back. It can be chilled and served as aperitif, or you can enjoy meat dishes, slices of cold meat, pie dishes and cheese.
